I downloaded and reinstalled no change, I am still unregistered. I tried looking for my key by using my email address on your site to recover it and I am not registered. I think the only thing that seems to have happened is that you did not get my details when i bought from iTunes.

You need no registration key for Cyberduck purchased from the Mac App Store. Please move the Cyberduck application to the Trash and re-download and install from the Mac App store.
