bcf1cb7 created the issue

I get an error code that says "530 Login authentication failed. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance." when I try to connect. My co-worker is working right next to me and has no problem connecting. I just purchased this app for $23 and now cannot use it. Someone needs to help me connect or I need my money refunded.
