  1. Do you have instructions that explain how to transfer S3 files (mostly video url's) from one S3 bucket into a new S3 bucket that's in the same S3 account?

  2. Is it still possible that transferring files from one bucket into another bucket can damage them like it says here? Moving to another bucket causes data loss if copy fails #7638

I am using a Mac.

That will work just fine. Refer to Move or duplicate files and folders.
