My account (login) name has a space character in it. I cannot seem to be able to log in with that. The only way I can log in is by having a new password sent to me. In that case I can log in. Afterwards I'm forced to change my password, which I do, and which is accepted. Then again I cannot log in with my new password.
I suspect that it might be due the space character in my username.
Could you manually rename my username in the database by removing the "space" character between my first name and my last name?

Unfortunately user management on this reporting system is very limited and I am not able to make this change. Please create a new account as a workaround.
