I have changed the Timezone to America/New_York. Which is the matches the timezone for the server which is set to (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time. Are there any other changes we can make so the modified time and date display correctly?

Please check with your server administrator in what timezone the FTP server sends the modification dates for files and/or check the transcript from the log drawer (⌘-L).
