I am not an IT person - I am in need of assistance.

My company, FYZICAL, LLC, would like to use Cyberduck to host video for an event we are doing in July. They have asked me to ask you the following questions for our video company:

What is the compression rate?

FPS?

Audio - what are the bits?

What is the refresh rate?

What file format can we use (.mov, etc.)

What is the bit rate?
