Hello,
I have a wordpress website. I had to upgrade wordpress, but before doing that it was necessary to backup the website files: to do that, I used the function "Synchronize" to copy all the files in a folder in my computer; Cyberduck began to copy, but when I realized the process could take hours to complete, I stopped it. After this, when I opened my website, I had a blank page, everything disappeared.
In the website ftp all the files are still present, so I don't understand what's happened.
Do you guys know what's happened?
Please!!!
Than You!

Difficult to have an advice without the transcript from the synchronization transfer. In general, you would only want to download but not mirror changes for a backup. Please contact your hosting service provider to recover your Wordpress installation.
