Cyberduck will not open because I don't have the correct password

I have contacted you three times about this issue. I am trying to open Cyberduck to revise my website. The password to use Cyberduck will not work so I can open Cyberduck to update information. Here are two screen shots that show what I mean. Please help me change my password - or - let me know the password so I can make the revisions using your software!! My user name is SallyZara. Thanks!
