I have contacted you three times about this issue. I am trying to open Cyberduck to revise my website. The password to use Cyberduck will not work so I can open Cyberduck to update information. Here are two screen shots that show what I mean. Please help me change my password - or - let me know the password so I can make the revisions using your software!! My user name is SallyZara. Thanks!

Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance. We are
unable to help with login issues as we only provide the application
required to access your server but have no hosting service offerings.
