I was attempting to synchronize a website's files. The website is hosted on GoDaddy, and connecting to the server causes a prompt to accept it's unknown certificate. The files and folders were all mirrored to my local machine, and then I noticed that files were being uploaded. I stopped the sync process and found that Cyberduck was replacing existing files on the server with the empty local version. The site broke, and of course they did not have backups. Not a good situation. I do not recall if I was prompted to re-accept the server's certificate, but I may have been.
I didn't find any bug reports exactly like this. Please advise.
