Error in uploading with 400 error replies

I have been trying to upload files to Amazon S3 from various different machines and all the windows 10 machines seem to throw out the same error and stop the transfer - Unknown error. On rare instances an error message is displayed. I have taken photos of these and am attaching here

I suspected timeout related issues, and have been trying to use these settings, Timeout 60 seconds Repeat failed networking tasks: with 4 second delay + 9 retries

Please update to the latest snapshot build available which has improved reliability for multipart uploads with a retry feature for failed parts from a large upload.
