Using Cyberduck for Mac. There is an update available but I keep getting the following message:
Update Unavailable with This Apple ID
This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.
I have the software to use for a group I volunteer with. I downloaded the software using their email address and information but use it on my computer.

Please contact Mac App Store Support. You will possibly have to log in to the Mac App Store application using the same credentials the application was bought with. Note that this sharing of credentials possibly conflicts with end user license agreement by Apple.
