I have read in the cyberduck documentation about setting up Metadata/content type manually through preferences. However, in my version of cyberduck, i can't find this option in the preferences. Could anybody tell how to do it?

I have to upload the .mpd files with MIME Type as "application/DASH+xml".

Thanks in advance.

We should already map the extension mpd to the MIME type application/dash+xml as it is listed in our MIME types mapping file. Please post the transcript of the upload if the Content-Type header sent is wrong or missing.

To answer your original question, these MIME type mappings cannot be edited using preferences.
