e.g. if the upload directory ends with "-egov"
there could be a filter that add this information with use consent for selected domains

Wir scheinen eine unterschiedliche Auffassung zu haben, was Duplicates sind. ;)
Mind. aus der Perspektive des Informationsflusses sind es ganz unterschiedliche Parteien, die am Ende der beiden RFEs über SHA-Werte etc. verfügen.
