Unexpanded dir (aka directory arrow icon pointed right), when expanded fails to show current directory contents.
History: I believe auto-refresh for a manually expanded directory has been the convention for Cyberduck until just recently. Now the user is forced to manually click the refresh button every time a dir is manually expanded, in order to show the current contents. For dynamic directories (especially log dirs) auto-refresh of manually opened directories is essential to correctness of dir listings.
Reproduce:
manually expand a dir with cyberduck,
note the contents,
manually collapse the dir,
then from ssh, add a file to the dir (to simulate a log file being added)
manually expand the dir with cyberduck
the display contents will be incorrect until the refresh button is selected.
