Please can you add option to view connections as tabs (i.e., as in Finder) and ability to dock Transfers window to main window.

This is already supported. In short, choose Window → Merge all Windows. Read more about the tabbing features in 10.12 supported by Cyberduck in this blog post.

Hi -- There is no Window > Merge All Windows option in 5.3.3 running in Mac OSX 10.11 (please see ticket). What's needed is not an option to merge open windows in Dock preferences (I would never think of looking in there in a million years) but in Cyberduck > Preferences > Browser > Open All Windows in Tabs. You can then have Window > Merge All Windows when user hasn't selected option because they prefer to work in separate windows but occasionally want to consolidate open windows.

Please update to macOS 10.12. We will not backport this feature to version 10.11.

That a shame because there are literally millions of Mac users who cannot or do not want to update to Sierra, or even El Capitan!
