Freeze on file edit/upload after idle
Reported by: | JacopoBassan | Owned by: | |

Priority: | normal | Milestone: | 5.3.5 |
Component: | core | Version: | 5.3.3 |
Severity: | normal | Keywords: | crash, idle, reconnect, freeze |

Platform: | Windows 10 |
Description
Cyberduck freezes every time when after being idle you attempt to edit/upload/etc a file. If you go back at bookmarks and then reconnect it's fine, but if you try to edit/upload something it freezes up on listing, and you need to force quit it.
Occurs since version 5.3, currently on 6.0.

Replying to dkocher:
Are you running 6.0.0.23322?
The bug started after one of the 5.3 updates, not sure which. Then I tried the 6 beta and now running the 6.0.0.
The steps to replicate are:
1) Connect to a bookmarked server 2) Wait for a few minutes to go idle 3) Try to edit/create/list on that server 4) Program freezes
If instead of (3) I go back to bookmarks and I reconnect from the start it doesn't freezes like #9822

I can replicate on 6.0.0 (23322).
It feels like a similar issue to #9822, except this happens after not using cyberduck for a while, and the other issue was when you connected to a bookmark.
