04c0153 created the issue

I am trying to connect to my server. In the corner it will say login successful but an error message pops up saying Listing directory / failed. Not a valid DAV reponse (200 OK). Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.

I am new to this and am not sure what to do. So should I contact Big Commerce?
