Queuing, Preference to limit number of transfers globally #986

Would it be possible to create a queue function? For instance, if I'd set it to two for download I'd be able to download only two seperate downloads at the same time. (This would solve the problem of having 10 files on download, and each rolling in at a mere 20kbps - 8 would be queued untill one of the first two is done.)

I hope my idea came across, but if you need me to explain a little more elaborately mail me at mattersofmatthew @ gmail . com (leave out the spaces ^^)

This is currently only possible as a 'per-host' setting in the 'Advanced' preferences.

See the new 'Maximum Transfers' toolbar option in the Transfers window.
