When I drag and drop my files for upload, the folder goes blank and nothing happens. When I go File to Upload and navigate to the file, everything works just fine. I'm running Cyberduck Version 5.3.9 (23624) on my Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3

This is supposed to be fixed with 5.3.9. Can you double check the version you are running.
