Overwriting files deletes existing files? #9880

I used Cyberduck a while ago but stopped since when I would drop and drag files to overwrite old files with the newer versions, especially if it was an entire folder it would delete the files/folders that we on the server that were not present in what I was dragging over.

Has this been fixed or is this a setting I need to change. I'm thinking about coming back to Cyberduck from Fetch, but I'm a little worried about wiping out my files.

We are not aware of such an issue. Please run a test with a sample data set and reopen this ticket if you can reproduce it.
