Port knocking is a very common way for people to protect the SSH/SFTP service and it would help immensely if support for this could be built into the product. Currently I have an external script that I have to run to get CyberDuck to connect and then I have to run it again for each file that I want to transfer. Getting the timing correct is very tricky but is the only way for me to use CyberDuck when I am not in a location that has an allowed IP address.
