The translation for button "Change Settings..."
(in Preferences > Connection > Proxies)
can be a bit longer than original English text, but the button size is not resized.
Then, the text may appear truncated for instance in French (missing ellipsis).

It's likely that the size is not set automatically, since longer sizes are obtained in German or Spanish, but in those two cases the buttons are a bit lower (of a few pixels) than in English so I guess this has been manually edited.
Without dynamic resize, same action would be necessary for French.
