f22b3d5 created the issue

This problem as persisted through several Cyberduck updates.

When I expand a folder with many subfolders or files, I need to resize the window by grabbing the bottom corner, before the scroll bar slider shrinks to the correct size and allows me to scroll to the end of the list.

I assume this is a bug in the system frameworks in macOS. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about this here.
