Can not log into Cyberduck

Description

Hello, I have been trying to log into my Cyberduck account for the past week in order to file my html's for my coding class. However, every time I try to log in, I receive an error telling me this: "Socket closed. The connection attempt was rejected. The server may be down, or your network may not be properly configured. Please contact your web hosting" I have contacted my web hosting site and asked my coding teacher but neither have seemed to work. I have also changed my user password twice.

Please answer as soon as possible.
