I am not able to get "Open in Putty" to work in windows. I tried to change the hidden config like

 <setting name="terminal.command.ssh" value="C:\Program Files\PuTTY\putty.exe" />

Still I cant get to launch putty. The button is grayed out and Menu item is not clickable.
