We've tested through 5.0 to latest Git master and have seen some issues when resuming uploads of SLO files. This seems to be because of the prefix chosen for segments. The below patch appears to fix this and allows me to pause and resume a file multiple times, each time it will resume from the previous pause point and the md5 of the file after all this matches the source.
In earlier versions of Cyberduck, resume would start from the first time you stopped, and in latter versions it will not resume at all and start from the beginning.
