    129129Logging information can be found in the `cyberduck.log` file in the [wiki:help/en/faq#Preferencesandapplicationsupportfileslocation AppData] directory. Crash reports are saved to the same directory in a folder named `CrashReporter`. Run the command `%APPDATA%\cyberduck` by pressing the ''Start'' button and the choose `Run...`. After choosing ''OK'' an ''Explorer'' window should open showing the Cyberduck settings folder. From there you can navigate to the `CrashReporter` folder.

    131 Debug logging can be enabled with a [http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/en/howto/preferences#Hiddenconfigurationoptions hidden setting]. As there is no user interface for this yet you need to change the settings file manually. Make sure Cyberduck is not running and add the entry to [wiki:help/en/faq#Preferencesandapplicationsupportfileslocation AppData]\iterate_GmbH\Cyberduck.exe_Url_*\[Version]\user.config as follows:
